Simple, fair terms for our learning community

Welcome to MemoMooKids

MemoMooKids provides language learning services for children through our website and applications. These terms explain the rules for using our service and what you can expect from us.

Who These Terms Apply To:

  • Parents who create accounts for their children
  • Schools that participate in our program
  • Children who use our learning platform

Important: Parents are responsible for their children's use of our service and must agree to these terms on their behalf.

Track Purchase Terms

Demo Mode

  • • 2 complete topics per language track available permanently
  • • No payment required for demo access
  • • Full functionality including spaced repetition and pronunciation

Track Purchases

  • • €25 per language track for 12 months access
  • • €5 annual credit per child with valid school code (making tracks €20)
  • • 12 months access from purchase date
  • • After expiration: Track returns to demo mode (2 topics remain accessible)

No Refund Policy

Since demo mode provides full functionality testing, we don't offer refunds. This keeps costs low for all families while ensuring informed purchases.

Account Responsibility

Account Requirements

  • • Parents must be 18+ to create accounts
  • • Designed for children ages 6-14
  • • Parental supervision required
  • • Provide accurate account information

Account Security

  • • Keep login information secure
  • • Monitor your child's account activity
  • • Report security concerns immediately
  • • Only you and your child should use the account

School Integration

School Codes

  • • Schools must be verified through website email confirmation
  • • Valid codes provide €5 annual credit per child
  • • Codes are for enrolled students only
  • • Misuse may result in account suspension

Teacher Access

  • • Teachers can preview full track content
  • • General class progress summaries only
  • • Detailed learning data remains private
  • • Voluntary participation for families

Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

  • • All track content belongs to MemoMooKids
  • • You may use content for your child's learning only
  • • Don't share, copy, or redistribute our content
  • • Max, Moona, and Miha are our proprietary characters

Permitted Use

  • • Personal learning for your child
  • • Reference for school assignments
  • • Family discussion of content
  • • Use learned skills in school work

Service Reliability

What We Provide

  • • Best effort for 99% uptime (no guarantees)
  • • Scheduled maintenance announced in advance
  • • Quick resolution of technical problems
  • • Initially available in Slovenia only
  • • Platform available in Slovenian and English

Important Disclaimers

Educational Results

  • • No guaranteed learning outcomes
  • • Results depend on individual effort and consistency
  • • Supplements but doesn't replace formal education
  • • Every child learns at their own pace

Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to track purchase fees paid. Not responsible for indirect damages. Claims must be made within one year.
