Our journey began with a puzzle that many parents will recognize. Our son had mastered three languages naturally - Russian and German from birth, then fluent Slovenian after just four months in school. Yet after three years of English classes, he still struggled to understand or express himself in English.
This wasn't about our son's ability - it was about the method. We watched an incredibly capable multilingual learner hit a wall with traditional language education. And looking around the classroom, we realized our son wasn't alone. Every student was performing far below their potential.
The problem wasn't the schools or the teachers. The problem was that proven learning science - like spaced repetition - simply wasn't available in most classrooms.
